Effective November 2, 2026
Our commitment
Red Oak wants everyone who visits this website to be able to use it, including people who rely on assistive technology. We work to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA across this website and the public digital assets we publish.
How we work toward it
We build accessibility into the design and the code of this site. These are the practices we follow:
- Structure. Pages use headings in order, one main heading per page, and landmarks for the header, navigation, main content and footer.
- Keyboard. Every link, button and form control can be reached and used with a keyboard, in a logical order, with a visible focus indicator.
- Color and contrast. Text and interface elements meet the WCAG 2.2 AA contrast requirements.
- Zoom and small screens. Pages stay usable at 200% zoom and at a width of 320 pixels without the page body scrolling sideways.
- Motion. Nothing plays sound on its own, and we respect the reduced motion setting on your device.
- Media. Our videos have captions, and our audio and video have transcripts.
- Documents. We tag the PDFs we publish so that screen readers can read them.
- Testing. Before a page is published we run automated accessibility testing and review the code against accessibility guidelines.
What this statement covers
This statement covers this website. Parts of some pages come from third-party services, such as embedded forms and the meeting scheduler. We choose these services with accessibility in mind, and some of their content may not meet every requirement of WCAG 2.2 Level AA.

If you cannot use part of this website, or you need information in another format, tell us on our contact page. Please include the address of the page, what you were trying to do, and the browser or assistive technology you were using. We use what you tell us to fix the problem.
