Company recognized for 231% three-year revenue growth, marking its eighth consecutive year on the prestigious list
AUSTIN, August 11, 2026 — Red Oak today announced it has been ranked No. 1,517 on the 2026 Inc. 5000 list, the annual list of the fastest-growing private companies in America. The list is the most prestigious ranking of the nation’s most successful independent and entrepreneurial businesses, recognizing companies that have achieved remarkable growth while driving innovation, creating jobs, and shaping the future of the economy. The ranking marks Red Oak’s eighth consecutive year on the Inc. 5000.
This continued recognition comes during a year of significant transformation for Red Oak, defined by the company recently combining with MirrorWeb to set a new standard for end-to-end compliance connectivity. The merger brings together two of the industry’s most established compliance technologies into one platform, serving more than 1,550 regulated firms responsible for $62 trillion in combined assets under management.
“Red Oak’s continued investment in best-in-class compliance connectivity has earned us a spot on the Inc. 5000 list for the eighth consecutive year,” said Romir Bosu, CEO of Red Oak. “The company’s merger with MirrorWeb builds directly on that momentum, bringing additional supervision tools into the platform. We’re proud of that growth and excited to see it continue to compound.'”
This year’s Inc. 5000 recognizes a new class of companies redefining what growth looks like. From AI and advanced manufacturing to healthcare, consumer products, and professional services, these businesses are expanding their impact, creating jobs and proving that entrepreneurial ambition continues to fuel the U.S. economy.
“Every company on the Inc. 5000 has a story of perseverance, smart decision making, and a refusal to sit still,” says Mike Hofman, editor-in-chief of Inc. “Their growth reflects more than strong financial performance–it reflects creativity, resilience, and the customer focus required to build companies that make a lasting impact. We congratulate all honorees on this significant achievement.”
