How We Support You
Technical Support Our support team is available by email on all business days from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm Central Time.
Training We provide live, guided training via screen-share as part of our Implementation process. If you are still in Implementation, please contact your designated Implementor. If you are already live, please contact support@redoak.com for additional training.
Platform Updates Active subscribers receive all platform updates and enhancements that Red Oak makes generally available, at no additional charge.
Emergency Support For critical issues outside of standard business hours, emergency support is available 24/7 to designated Client Key Personnel.
