Dr. Rao is a graduate of Kakatiya Medical College, Osmania University, India. He served internship at the Lutheran Medical Center, Brooklyn, New York, Internal Medicine residency at Lloyd Noland Hospital, University of Alabama, and completed his Cardiology Fellowship at Louisiana State University in New Orleans. Dr. Rao is a Diplomate of the American Board of Internal Medicine and is a Fellow of the American College of Cardiology.
